I review and practice with the Digital Input and Output introduction page before going further with the lab assignments, and there was a cat in the hat! with one of the examples:
Yep, line 4 was reading as a command instead of a //comment.
From this point onward, I tried to familiarize myself with the language of the program by writing each line.
Note:
HIGH as to the sum is receiving in voltage and LOW being 0.
Note:
First time we see the values that will -always be staying global before the setup.
For Finding Sensor Range Exercise
Notes:
I made the same mistake twice, the LEDs were being turned on directly by the Arduino instead of 3V.
Once this mistake was fixed, the LEDs went up but it would have been smoother with the correct range for the sensor.
In the second picture the ranges went from (400,900,0,225) to (0,900,0,225) but it would still leave the LEDs flickering.
I wonder if there is a better way of locking the FSRs in the board.
Notes:
“Long Button” was not getting registered.
Wire was in pin 3 instead of pin 2, which the technician argued was “weird” since it was still working halfway for some reason
Once we tried fixing the wire, my computer got an electrical discharged and we had to reset it 💻🔥
“Long Button” registered after we confirmed that the Arduino’s was working correctly with the coding lines:
And after the wire was fitted into pin 2
